[Pkg-gridengine-devel] actual SGE 8.1.3 released

I've made an actual release of SGE 8.1.3
<http://arc.liv.ac.uk/downloads/SGE/releases/8.1.3/>.

Uploading to experimental would probably be useful, particularly to
address build issues with non-x86 architectures (most likely due to
Java).

I've fixed the installation of the client wrapper (with the right name)
in my repo until I can get to grips with the Debian one.
