I haven't really had time to think about it after finding it wasn't
gaping to work as I thought.  As long as I can understand enough git,
there's no particular problem removing the advertised packaging repo
here.

The real problem seems to be if there are changes to the packaging and
the main source that need to be coordinated (such as I've made
recently), given that you have a version of the source in the Debian
repo that's disjoint from mine.
