[Pkg-gridengine-devel] actual SGE 8.1.3 released

Upgrading to the new upstream 8.1.3 was smooth following the wiki [1].
Merging with Dave's gridengine.debian git repo is tricky: it's important to merge our changes back to gridengine.debian_branch, before pulling
from his repo.

The warning is gone, but not the problem: your fix only introduces a new directory at /usr/share/gridengine/gridengine-wrapper, it does not
rename gridengine-client.wrapper to /usr/share/gridengine/gridengine-wrapper. I committed my solution to master and back-merged to
gridengine.debian_branch.

Dave, please, we would really need you to work on the debian directory in the repo where we also can commit. That would remove the unnecessary
complexity of having to deal with your Debianization in gridengine.debian. Without that, I think working with git would not be a major
challenge. I am attaching a diff between your gridengine.debian and the gridengine.debian_branch of the team git repo.
