Hi, Dave,
I've done some minimal work on packaging 8.1.8-- I don't have commit
access to the alioth repository, so I pushed my work to a personal
repository I created:

I just want to clarify a something before I go too far.

I understood from what you wrote that the last attempted upload was
rejected because of the lack of copyright information. I couldn't find
any ftpmaster rejection email so I was wondering if you (or anyone else
here) could point me to that.
