Thanks. No, I had not seen this help file.

I created a pe file for 'ompi' in the appropriate location, which I need to
run my scripts and managed to add that to my configuration. I did a 'qconf
-aq all.q' and added 'ompi' to the pe_list.b

Running 'qsub' continues giving me the error: Unable to run job: Job was
rejected because job requests unknown queue "all.q". But 'all.q' does
exist....

Any clue?
