[Pkg-gridengine-devel] New gridengine package accepted into Debian

Hi, Dave,
All logistical obstacles have been cleared and the gridengine package
for 8.1.8 was accepted back into Debian this morning!

I uploaded to experimental because I haven't settled the automatic
upgradability issue. I think this can be handled with maintainer scripts
that would back up and restore the spool db and restart the necessary
daemons. I will read up some more to make sure this covers everything.

I also noticed that you released 8.1.9 earlier this month, so I'll also
have to update the packaging. I think we're in pretty good shape at this
point. The latest work on my end is in the repository on Alioth.
