Hi!

With ``terminal console serial'', grub will repeat the ``Press any key to
continue...'' message forever -- unattended bootup is impossible.

I don't particularly like the message.  If it's needed at all, it must be
possible to specify a timeout after which a (possibly) unattended bootup will
start.  If it's necessary to have chosen either serial or console before the
actual bootup starts, one of them would be specified as the more equal among
equals (e.g. the first one specified, i.e. ``terminal foo bar'' would select
foo).
