Seems fine. I'm uploading it.

Note that the `gcc' in Build-Depends is still redundant. gcc is a
build-essential package and hence not needed there. Remember to fix that
for your next upload.

I also noticed that upstream moved /usr/share/doc to /usr/doc. I suggest
you tell them they should move it back to support the FHS standard. That
way you don't have to work around it in debian/rules.
