Justification: fails to build from source

Using debian testing, the following series of commands fail:

apt-get source grub
cd grub-0.94+cvs20040511
../configure
make

with the following relevant error message:
make[2]: *** No rule to make target `fsys_ufs2.c', needed by `pre_stage2_exec-fsys_ufs2.o'.  Stop.


It appears to me that the patch file does not include the stage2/fsys_ufs2.c
file.
