hi,
i had a look on to the grml bug list.
i think:
114414 can be closed, it is a matter of the upstream
158901 should be forwarded to the upstream
160337 can be closed
264312 isnt a grub bug in my opinion, i think everyone has to choose his
default kernel so grub doesnt have to sort them
265352 there is the grub-splashimages package now-->close
i hope i helped a little bit.
