Sorry it took me so long to get back to you.

Maybe I'm just confussed, but this is what caused me to sumbit the bug
report...
# apt-get install grubconf
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
Package grubconf is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
E: Package grubconf has no installation candidate


Sorry if I'm missing something obvious,
