Bug#114414: grub: configuration files should go into /etc

  isn't this old bug just to be closed since:

    # ls -l /etc/grub.conf 
    lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root 19 2005-12-21 21:41 /etc/grub.conf -> /boot/grub/menu.lst
