Which item you refering to?

The one which mentions file which does ot exist?

cp /boot/grub/grub.conf /mnt/floppy/boot/grub/grub.conf

The one which is not online any more?

Could README.Debian.gz be updated to reflect the useful information
necessary to create a boot floppy with a the same menu as on the hd?

It already has the info to create a grub floppy, but that command
interface is not usable without existing knowledge of commands and syntax.
