Package: grub
Version: 0.95+cvs20040624-17
Severity: wishlist
Hi,
the latest menu.lst provided with grub is very nice commented; but I miss
some very useful / blindfriendly extra: a beep code sos that a blind knows
always that he/she is at the grub boot: prompt.
Please can you provide such a beep code "\007"
(or echo -e "007" if you prefer) with a comment in the automatic generated
menu.lst.
I personaly realized some template but the beep is here on the first title
line, and then it beeps twice: at the prompt, then when it continues with
booting.
The template is available here:
http://brlspeak.net/blinux/my.menu.lst
ThanX.
Osvaldo La Rosa.
