Package: grub
Version: 0.95+cvs20040624-15
Severity: minor
Using a RAID-1 array. root is on /dev/md0.
margot:~# grub-install /dev/md0
/sbin/grub-install: mdadm: command not found
: mdadm -D /dev/md0 failed
/sbin/grub-install: mdadm: command not found
: mdadm -D /dev/md0 failed
The file /boot/grub/stage1 not read correctly.
margot:~# grub-install /dev/hda
/sbin/grub-install: mdadm: command not found
: mdadm -D /dev/md0 failed
I think mdadm doesn't neet to be a "Depends" package, but "Suggested"
or "Recommended" would make better sense than not mentioning it at all.
