Bug#361438: update-grub doesn't work with some locales

update-grub doesn't work with some locales because [a-z] style regexes
used in it. In some alphabets (like in estonian) there are many letters
after z. To solve this kind of problems [:lower:], [:upper:], [:alpha:]
and [:alnum:] exist for many years.
