Bug#345931: Is possible to reproduze using grub-install?

Hello,

I saw you used grub shell for installation but the recommended way to
install is using grub-install. Are you able to reproduze it using
grub-install?

I'm not able to reproduze your problem and then is dificult to me to
fix it.
