Bug#380281: update-grub doesn't update vmlinuz and initrd.img entries correctly

Have you checked the menu.lst file and checked if the groot and other
variables are setted to the right place? doesn't look like.

Please, add you menu.lst file as attachiment so I can check and tell
you if it's really a bug or not.
