Now it works, however I had to put savedefault 0 in the fifth entry
because otherwise it boots that one until I manually change it.

I guess /sbin/grub-reboot could be a little bit "smarter" (or at least
document in it's manpage that if /boot is in a separate partition this
parameter is needed).
