Without the savedefault --once patch yes otherwise no :D. This feature
is not present in Grub mainline but in Debians. grub-reboot will make
your windows(or any other you choose) entry be booted only once, in
the next time you boot the chosen entry will be that used before you
run grub-reboot or 0 if you never used savedefault before, or the
default in menu.lst case you change it :).
