Upstream changes

Hi folks,

There have been a couple of changes to grub2 upstream CVS to fix a
couple of problems I found:

1) grub-install.in wasn't distributed for powerpc.
2) arch-dependent files are installed in libdir rather than datadir.

Hopefully with the first fix, the powerpc package will become a little
more usable.

BTW, is less debian/patches/01_fix_grub-install.patch going to be
merged upstream?  (This only fixes up the i386 script, not the powerpc
one, BTW).
