Bug#369655: patch to make grub work on Intel Macs

Hi,

the stock Grub doesn't work on Intel based Macs. This is discussed in
https://www.opensolaris.org/jive/thread.jspa?threadID=7554&tstart=0 and I
also attached a patch for grub 0.97, which builds fine here if attached
before dpkg-buildpackage. With the patch, grub can be used on Intel based
Macs with updated firmware which contains the BIOS emulation (part of
Bootcamp).
