Bug#397021: update-grub: gets hypervisor path wrong

Dear maintainer!

I have installed xen-hypervisor-3.0.3-1-i386 3.0.3-0-2 and got following
stanza in /boot/grub/menu.lst:

title           Xen 3.0.3-1-i386 / Debian GNU/Linux, kernel 
2.6.18-1-xen-vserver-686
root            (hd0,0)
kernel          /boot/xen-3.0.3-1-i386.gz
module          /vmlinuz-2.6.18-1-xen-vserver-686 root=/dev/mapper/system-root 
ro console=tty0
module          /initrd.img-2.6.18-1-xen-vserver-686
savedefault

The problem here is that (hd0,0) is /boot, therefore the "/boot" in the
kernel line is too much.
