Bug#453819: Unneeded Build-Depends-Indep e2tools and mkisofs

Version: 0.97-29

The pacakge has two unneeded Build-Depends-Indep : e2tools and mkisofs. They were used
only by grub-disk, and as the package doens't exist anymore, they are no longer useful.

(as a side note, the references to `mkisofs' in the documentation would need to
be changed to point to `genisoimage' instead)
