Bug#425484: does not include grub-mkdevicemap

Hi grub maintainers,

I just upgraded to the latest release to find out the grub-of package
does not include grub-mkdevicemap, which is called from update-grub,
making the package installation fail. I worked around it symlinking it
to bin/true to finish up the upgrade.
