Yeah now with grub2 and Debian stable > lenny we shouldn't support any
old style Xen kernels.

Probable the best is to just wait untill Xen DomO support is merged in
the upstream kernel and then implementing support for that, if there's a
need for it.
It will probable not change to first load the Xen Hypervisor and then
loading the vmlinuz as a module for it.
But so far as I understand it it should be then possible to load the
same vmlinuz binary as a dom0 and a domU kernel.

As soon as there is a -xen Dom0 kernel I look into it and then probable
brining it up upstream :)
