Bug#496984: grub: Writes to Software RAID 1 *host* not *md* device, wrecking the md device

update-grub writes to /boot/grub on /dev/sda instead of /dev/md0 
(/dev/md/0).  This is bad because then the system doesn't boot because 
the RAID arrays don't start.
