Migration of static entries is not supported at all at the moment.  I might
give it a try, but it's certainly not prioritary.

The problem with attempting to do this automaticaly (asides from the technical
difficulty of handling all corner cases when parsing menu.lst), is that user
will have no idea where did her manual entries go, so in the end it isn't as
simple and transparent as one may think.

Maybe it's better to just issue a debconf note explaining the situation.
