Bug#462218: please add a tool to convert device names into GRUB drives

Hi,

this is a reminder bug. ;)

Please add a tool that can convert device names, e.g. /dev/hda2, into 
GRUB drives, e.g. (hd0,2) [and vice versa].
It will be allright to add this feature to grub-probe if possible with 
respect to CLI consistency.

This feature is needed to convert os-prober output into grub.cfg input 
and therefore blocks #461442.
