Package: grub-pc
Version: 1.96+20080626-1
Severity: normal

After compiling today’s just released “linux 2.6.25.10”. I find that
EXTRAVERSION sorting is incorrect.

In /boot/grub/grub.cfg it appears in this order:

| menuentry "Debian GNU/Linux, linux 2.6.25.9" {
| menuentry "Debian GNU/Linux, linux 2.6.25.9 (single-user mode)" {
| menuentry "Debian GNU/Linux, linux 2.6.25.10" {
| menuentry "Debian GNU/Linux, linux 2.6.25.10 (single-user mode)" {

When it should be:

| menuentry "Debian GNU/Linux, linux 2.6.25.10" {
| menuentry "Debian GNU/Linux, linux 2.6.25.10 (single-user mode)" {
| menuentry "Debian GNU/Linux, linux 2.6.25.9" {
| menuentry "Debian GNU/Linux, linux 2.6.25.9 (single-user mode)" {
