Sorry, the new udev generates the same device name.

I have to apologize for not being able to pursue this any longer - I'm
not using this I2O controller any more. I still have it and if you
insist, I could install it in a test system along with a spare SCSI
drive, and install Debian Sid.

But I think this is not worth the work.
