that's probable from /etc/grub.d/10_hurd.
Since version 1.96+20090307-1 we don't install 10_hurd anymore on
non-Hurd systems, but it won't get removed on an upgrade.
Just remove it yourself and the warning is gone, as long as you don't
have gnumach installed you won't need it.

That's probable from /etc/grub.d/20_memtest86+
It needs to be adjusted to source grub-mkconfig_lib instead of the now
deprecated update-grub_lib, so reassigning the bug there.
And I clone it to memtest86, because it needs adjusted too.
