Bug#535239: grub-pc: Never asks debconf question about cmdline, doesn't take old values from menu.lst

Hello,

I am running Squeeze i386 (I used the Lenny installer, then upgraded)
and was prompted to upgrade to grub-pc when I updated my system
yesterday. I had somewhat the same issue with the kernel command line.
Unlike Michael, I was prompted by debconf to enter my kernel command
line during the upgrade. However, the old command line was not migrated;
the entry field was initially blank and I had to enter the command line
manually.

Also, my menu.lst entries for dual booting Windows XP were not migrated,
but that's a different issue.

Attached is my menu.lst from before the upgrade.
