Bug#540492: fails to install, trying to overwrite other packages files

Hi, 

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package failed to install because 
it tries to overwrite other packages files without declaring a replaces 
relation.

Please not that this package doesnt have this problem if just installed on 
sid. The test done here includes an upgrade from the version in lenny, please 
check the full log for details...
