Bug#541145: grub-pc: menu and kernels load extremely slow

The only thing I can think of which might affect this is the switch from
ascii.pf2 to the unicode font unicode.pf2
Try changing the font back in grub.cfg to ascii.pf2.
But that shouldn't affect loading of the kernel.
