Bug#543917: grub-pc: patch to add 915resolution support to the GMA500 (poulsbo) graphics chipset

Please add 915resolution support to the GMA500 Intel video chipset.
Attached patch follows.

With this patch users of the GMA500 can drive X with the vesa driver
at 1366x768 resolution.
This has been tested on the acer aspire one 751h (ao751h).
