Just edit the menuentry by pressing `e' and then remove the search line
and you should be able to boot.
Or edit the grub.cfg in knoppix with your favourite editor.

Well if you chroot to your installed system you're able to install the
grub2 from your installed system to MBR instead of the knoppix one.
