I am using KMS with module i915 modeset=1.
When booting with this experimental version of grub-pc the screen 
resolution is not set to high resolution
resulting in KMS not working. Trying to change VT causes frozen screen, 
needing reboot.

When booting with the Sid version 1.96+20090317-1 of grub-pc, the screen 
is set to high resolution and
KMS works perfectly.
