Bug#558486: grub-pc: grub.cfg wrong for systems with separate /boot partition

i have a raid1 where md0 is mounted at /boot and md1 as /.
the md0 kernel entries in grub.cfg must be generated without /boot path
prefix (like the memtest86 entries)
