Bug#545334: grub-pc: update-from-grub-legacy missing

Typ. It's upgrade* not update*
Just copy and paste it from dpkg -L grub-pc and it should work.
Note that you need to run it as root.
update-grub from grub-legacy says upgrade* too, so I fail to see where
the bug is on our side.
