Of course it still recommends 1.32. Just for that change I won't do a
new upload. That's not at all worth the buildd time we need. (hint: we
even have an open bug report about that.)

As I already said:
>Well okay I just change the Recommends now to >= 1.33 just to make you
>happy in the next upload but that won't change anything.

and just after I wrote that I commited this to our SVN repository.
