Bug#547674: fails to install, trying to overwrite other packages files

Hi, 

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package failed to install because 
it tries to overwrite other packages files without declaring a replaces 
relation.

From the attached log (scroll to the bottom...):

Please note that this bug affects not only grub-efi-amd64 but also:

grub-ieee1275_1.96+20090721-2.log
