Bug#588075: grub-efi-ia32: unbootable system: error: "prefix" is not set. Entering rescue mode

Package: grub-efi-ia32
Version: 1.98-1
Severity: normal
Hi,
with the current grub2 in Debian Sid I can not get a bootable system. Even
with a workaround for bug #587838 I just get this message at boot:
error: "prefix" is not set. Entering rescue mode
I downgraded to 1.98 and it worked.
I verified that grub-install builds a grub.efi with the required modules
(hfsplus, partmap_gpt), as it did with the 1.98 version, and it looks
correct.
