Bug#580604: /usr/sbin/update-grub: update-grub does not append default kernel options console=... (i.e. console=ttyS0, 115200n8) to memtest86+ kernel entry

Package: grub
Version: 0.97-47lenny2
Severity: normal
File: /usr/sbin/update-grub

update-grub does not append default kernel options console=... (i.e. console=ttyS0,115200n8) to memtest86+ kernel entry
(and removes it if existing, of course). I have installed memtest86+ 2.01 and set "# memtest86=true" in grubs menu.lst.
Since memtest86+ has "serial support as a linux boot parameter" since 2.00, kopt console=ttyS0,115200n8 should be added
to the memtest86+ kernel line when update-grub is invoked.
