Do you have any snapshots? If so the bug should already be fixed. Could
you retest?
If bug persists can you supply the output of:
vgdisplay
lvdisplay
pvdisplay
and tell if your LVM is supposed to have any non-standard property.
Could you also send first 64K of a device containing LVM?
