You mean if you install the boot loader itself into a partition
containing such a filesystem? grub-setup already emits fairly noisy
warnings when you install to a partition containing a filesystem, which
are intended to cover pretty much this kind of thing. If people are
ignoring the existing warnings, it's not clear to me how adding more
warnings would help.
