It would be desirable for GRUB2 to probe for gPXE standalone blobs
that might be present in /boot and to add them to the GRUB menu.

Blobs typically follow a namespace like gpxe-1.0.1-rtl8139.lkrn so
the idea would be to probe for and add *.lkrn files to the menu.
