According to grub-probe's manpage:

> The full documentation for grub-probe  is maintained as a Texinfo 
> manual. If the info  and grub-probe  programs are properly installed 
> at your site, the command
> info grub-probe

>  should give you access to the complete manual.

However, the command only opens the manpage in info.
