Bug#689509: grub-pc: fails to boot elf64 multiboot images

A bug in GRUB [1] makes it fail to correctly load ELF64 multiboot
images. It prevents easy testing of custom x86_64 operating systems.

This bug was fixed upstream with a 3-line patch [2].
