Debian should register a namespace at the EFI System Partition Subdirectory Registry

Hi Christoph,
I'm not very familiar with UEFI, so it would be much better if someone
knowledgeable on the topic would advise me (and/or do the process for
Debian). I'm Ccing the Debian Kernel team and the Grub maintainers,
maybe they can provide their opinion on this (or redirect to someone
else).
